ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ Abū-Ḥayyah said, "I saw 'Alī perform ablution. He washed his hands (up to the wrists) until he cleansed them. Then, he rinsed his mouth three times, and washed his nose three times (by sniffing water into it then blowing it out). He washed his face three times and his arms (up to the elbows) three times. He wiped his head once, then washed his feet up to the ankles. He then stood up, took the unused ablution water, and drank it while standing. He then said, 'I wanted to demonstrate to you the ablution of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him.' " ”

Indeed, a supplication remains pending between heaven and earth; no part of it ascends [further] until you have invoked blessings for your Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him. Click on ḥadīth to read more
